Raw Alfredo Sauce

The delicious cashew-based alfredo sauce is great in all kinds of diets including the raw vegan diet.


  • thick cashew milk or cashew cream-1/2 cup
  • garlic -1 clove
  • miso-1 tsp
  • ¼ small onion
  • nutritional yeast-2 tbsp
  • fresh lemon juice-1 tsp
  • olive oil(cold-pressed) or some other oil-1 tbsp


In a blender, process the cashew milk/cashew cream fresh lemon juice, garlic, miso, olive oil, chopped onion, and nutritional yeast until you get a thick creamy mixture. You will have to blend at medium-high speed for about a minute.

You can adjust the flavors as you like.

Spicy Mango Ginger Soup

The spicy Mango Ginger soup is made of healthy and fresh vegan ingredients, all raw.


  • 1 large mango-destoned and peeled
  • ½ onion-chopped
  • 1 to 2 small chili peppers-minced
  • cold water-1/2 cup
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ginger-1/2 cup(minced or grated)


Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Serve the soup chilled.

Pad Thai Salad

The Pad-Thai salad inspired by Thai cuisine will win your taste buds.


  • zucchinis-2
  • 1 red bell pepper -cut into strips. You may also use yellow bell pepper
  • bean sprouts-2 cups
  • green onions-4-diced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • cold-pressed olive oil- 1 tbsp
  • sea salt-1/4 tsp
  • fresh cilantro -chopped- 1/2 cup
  • nuts- 3/4 cup. You can chop or crush them or use them raw. Use cashews, peanuts, or almonds.


Peel the zucchinis into thin strips. Use a vegetable peeler or large grater for peeling.

In a large bowl, mix the zucchini strips, green onions, bell pepper strips, and cilantro. Add the cold-pressed olive oil and lemon juice to the mixture and sprinkle some salt over it. Toss all the ingredients gently to combine them well.
